St. Joseph’s A.C. Training Information

All athletes wishing to train on any particular night will need to register here. Registration for each session will close at 7pm on the day and athletes are asked to make sure they book into the correct group.

Tuesday 7-8pm
Group 1 (U12+ Track and Field)
Group 2 (U12+ Endurance)
Group 3 (U9-U11)
Group 4 (U7-U8)
Group 5 (Adults)
Thursday 7-8pm
Group 1 (U12+ Track and Field)
Group 2 (U12+ Endurance)
Group 3 (U9-U11)
