St. Joseph’s Training Information

Training has resumed for all athletes.

Parents/guardians/coaches must familiar themselves with the documents posted here

All athletes wishing to train need to register here.

Registration for each session will close at 7pm on the day and athletes are asked to make sure they book into the correct group as they will not be allowed to switch groups on the night

Tuesday 7-8pm
Group 1 (U12+ sprint/hurdle)
Group 2 (U12+ endurance/fitness)
Group 3 (U9-U11)
Group 4 (U7-U8)
Group 5 (Adult)
Thursday 7-8pm
Group 1 (U12+ sprint/hurdle)
Group 2 (U12+ endurance/fitness)
Group 3 (U9-U11)

Sunday 10-11am
Trail Running (Various Distances)
